Refund Policy

Every USMLE Step 1 QBank package (Spark $15, Momentum $29, Mastery $45, Year Pass $59) is a one-time payment in US dollars. Nothing renews automatically and you will never be charged again without a new purchase.
Full refund within 7 days
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of the questions in the QBank. After 7 days, or once you have used 10% or more of the questions, payments are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@usmlestep1qbank.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form. Include your payment reference. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe or Wise) within 5–10 business days.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
If you were charged twice or paid for the wrong package, contact us and we will refund or correct it in full.
